SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
Volume & Tone Guitar Straps and Leather Goods proudly ship your items to you free of charge for orders totaling 50$ or more, in the continental US. For orders outside of the US, we charge a flat International shipping fee of $15.00 anywhere in the world. Tracking numbers are provided by email after shipment has left our warehouse.
We are also proud to offer free RETURNS on all unused items. For Guitar Straps please do not attach to your guitar until you have decided it is the right strap for you , as we have a $25 restocking fee for any merchandise returned in used condition.
If you would like to EXCHANGE an item, please email us for instructions.
The customer assumes responsibility for any additional charges on rejected packages. Volume & Tone LLC is not responsible for customs fees incurred from imported goods.
*International packages shipped using USPS cannot be tracked once they reach international customs, therefore Volume & Tone LLC will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages if USPS is selected.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
If you have ordered an in stock item we usually ship within 1 business day (if you order late in the Day Friday or over the weekend , your order will be processed on the next business day) You will receive a shipping confirmation via email once your order has shipped, along with a tracking number.
If you have ordered something out of stock , or for pre-order we will notify you by email with earliest shipping date.
CAN I EXPEDITE MY ORDER?
In some cases, your order may be able to be expedited. Additional fees apply.
CAN I REQUEST A CUSTOM ORDER?
In 2018 we are proud to announce will be adding customization and custom straps to our product offerings. Sign up for our mailing list to be notified when that is launching.
HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED?
When we ship your order, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number.
WHAT DO I DO IF I NEED TO CHANGE MY ORDER OR SHIPPING INFORMATION?
If you need to change your order or your shipping information, please email us immediately at email@example.com so we can update your order.
MY TRACKING NUMBER TELLS ME MY PACKAGE HAS ALREADY BEEN DELIVERED – WHAT’S GOING ON?
USPS unfortunately re-uses tracking numbers. Within the first 24 hours or so after you receive your shipping confirmation, you may see that your item has already been delivered. Don’t worry, this is just outdated information from the last time that number was used. Your correct information should display after 24 hours. Also please note that we have had the tracking # for USPS say something was delivered, but it has not been- USPS will claim something is delivered when it arrives in yoru town even if they have not actually delivered it already. Feel free to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if the issue doesn’t resolve after 48 hours or more as we can ask USPS to find it for you.
WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELLED?
This is very unlikely to happen to you, but we do occasionally cancel orders due to shortage of materials or suspicion of fraud. If we do cancel your order, we will contact you immediately with an explanation.
